Admissions decisions will not be made until all required documents have been received by Office of Admissions. If your application and required documents are not received by the deadline, you will be considered for the following term.

Required documents:
- SJC Certification of Financial Responsibility
- Sponsor’s Statement
- Bank Affidavit
- International Transfer Notification Form
- Concurrent Enrollment Permission Form
- M-1 International Student Admission Checklist
- International Transfer Notification Form
Exceptions:
- Undocumented students are not required to submit additional paperwork for admission.
- Permanent Residents must submit a copy of their Permanent Resident card prior to registering for courses.
- Students in the U.S. on any visa other than a student visa, must submit a copy of their visa, passport, and I-94 prior to registering.
